GENERAL CONTRACTED CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL CHARGE

FOR ALL NEW AND EXISTING BOOKINGS THE "TOURISM DIRHAM" FEE OF AED 20 (6$) PER EACH ROOM, PER NIGHT WILL BE APPLIED BY THE HOTEL AND WILL BE PAID DIRECTLY BY HOTEL GUESTS DURING CHECK-IN.

RATES VALIDITY

All the rates are for individual bookings only (up to 10 rooms).

MEAL

Breakfast is served in Sufra restaurant for the Regency Rooms and Deluxe Rooms.

Breakfast will be served in a Dedicated Club Venue when booking Club rooms and above.

NEW YEAR GALA DINNER IS COMPULSORY on 31.12

Kindly note that the Gala Dinner excludes the outlet: “Eve Penthouse and Lounge & Q7”.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY

Check-in time - 15.00. Check-out time - 12.00.

Early check-in & late check-out are subject to availability & at an extra charge.

Check-out on 31st December is not allowed.
